The FishGuard Aquarium Feeder from Oase is an innovative, automatic, Aquarium Feeder which has been designed with an air tight protection system that prevents the feed inside from absorbing moisture and compromising the food.
The Oase FishGuard Feeder allows the quantity of food to be easily adjusted according to your specific needs. Programming is easy to preform using the keypad and LCD display.
You can set up to 4 daily meals in a desired timetable and make each one adjustable from 1 to 3 doses, for a total of up to 12 feeds per day. This gives you total control over the amount of food being dispensed into your aquarium which is ideal if you need to leave your fish and cannot get home to feed them.
The Oase FishGuard operates using a combined movement and rotation. Once triggered by the the pre-programmed timer the container opens, moves forward, dispenses the food and closes automatically.
The Auto Feeder can be placed on the tank lid in order to dispense the food or can be secured to the edge of the tank by the Oase FishGuard Feeder Bracket (available separately) which allows the feeder to be attached to the frame of any aquarium up to a thickness of 50mm.The Automatic Feeder is powered by 4 x 1.5V AA batteries (not supplied) which provides total independence from the mains supply meaning you don’t need to worry about power cuts whilst you’re away.
