*WE ARE OFFERING FREE LOCAL DELIVERY OF OUR FRESH CUT CHRISTMAS TREES TO FY5 AND FY6 POSTCODES FROM THE 23RD OF NOVEMBER*

Please note: We are unable to deliver our tree’s outside of these postcodes, however if you would like to pre-order your Chritsmas Tree for Collection from our Garden Centre, please state in the notes box at checkout, with an approximate time of collection and we will ensure this is reserved for you!

Using our Premium 72 Hour service, 95% of trees are delivered on day 1 or day 2 of your preferred choice. However this ‘preferred delivery date’  cannot be guaranteed  and some goods will arrive on day 2 or 3, this includes weekends. Our delivery service is offered with efficiency and ease, however please be mindful that we cannot guarantee delivery on a particular day.  If your item doesn’t arrive on your preferred day we cannot accept cancellation of the order.

Tree Care:

When you receive your tree, it is best practice to cut a few inches from the bottom of the stump to encourage the tree to take up water, this is vital as your tree will require a constant supply of water to keep fresh. We recommend purchasing a Christmas tree stand with a water resevoir that can be topped up every 1-2 days, this will ensure that your tree remains happy, healthy & vibrant throughout the Christmas period!
